sisvu:description Program predavanja: Program se realizira kroz udžbenik namijenjen studentima prehrambene tehnologije, koji obuhvaća 17 stručnih tekstova. Tekstovi su iz područja ekologije, kemije i prehrane i služe kao uvod u područje jezika struke. Cilj nastave je svladavanje osnovnog stručnog vokabulara i specifičnih gramatičkih struktura, te razvijanje vještina čitanja, koje omogućavaju analitički pristup u radu na tekstu. Iz tog razloga su tekstovi jednostavniji po stupnju jezične složenosti i općiji prema stupnju specijalizacije. Naslovi tekstova: Das Seminar, Das Laboratorium, Es gruent so gruen, wo bald Fabriken bluehen, Zwei Baeume und ihre Sorgen, Mutter Erde hat uns reich gesegnet, Fahren wir morgen O-Auto?, Das Wasser, Die Superfabrik, Der Atombau, Elemente und Verbindungen, Die Luft, Sauerstoff, O - Verbrennung und Atmung, Die Oxydation von Phosphor, Kohlenstoff, C, Produktionsbiologie, Die kohlenhydrate, Die Photosynthese. Uz svaki naslov se obrađuju gramatičke strukture iz morfologije i sintakse s naglaskom na glagolskim vremenima aktiva i pasiva, jednostavnim rečenicama i tvorbi riječi. Program vježbi: Za razvijanje vještine čitanja stručnog teksta (orijentirno i detaljno), student provodi selekciju informacija (osnovna poruka teksta), struktuira tekst, te uočava manje cjeline teksta s podnaslovima i povezuje u cjelinu. Za razumijevanje pročitanog teksta koriste se vježbe u paru preko postavljanja pitanja i davanja odgovora. Vještina pisanja uvježbava se preko sastava i nadopune teksta u kojem se uvježbavaju različite gramatičke strukture i određen vokabular. Vježbe prevođenja s njemačkog na hrvatski jezik provode se u jednom dijelu tekstova kao dodatna kontrola razumijevanja pisanog stručnog teksta. (hr)
sisvu:description Programme of lectures The programme is based on the textbook for the first year students of food technology which includes 17 spezialized texts. The texts are from the field of ecology, chemistry, nutrition and they serve as an introduction to the ESP course. The aim of the course is to teach students the basic specialized glossary and specific grammatical structures, to develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. For this reason the texst are simple with regard to language complexity and not so specialized. The following texts are included: Das Seminar, Das Laboratorium, Es grünt so grün, wo bald Fabriken blühn, Zwei Bäume und ihre Sorgen, Mutter Erde hat uns reich gesegnet, Fahren wir morgen O-Auto? Das Wasser, Die Superfabrik, Der Atombau, Elemente und Verbindungen, Die Luft, Sauerstoff, O-Verbrennung und Atmung, Die Oxydation von Phosphor, Kohlenstoff, C, Produktionsbiologie, Die Kohlenhydrate, Die Photosynthese. Each title involves grammatical structures regarding morphology and syntax with an emphasis on verb tenses, passive voice, simple sentences and word formation. Programme of exercises To develop reading skills (general and detailed reading) students select information (the basic text message), define text structure, make subtitles for smaller units. Text comprehenions is exercised in pairs by questions and answers. Writing skill is developed through guided writing and text filling when various grammatical structures and glossary are exercised. Translation from German into Croatian of certain text parts is done as additional control of comprehension. (en)
