Ponašanje biološkog tkiva u savijanju, uvijanju, tlaku i vlaku. Sigurnost u kontinuiranih membrana, odnosi između opterećenja i deformacije.Osnovni elementi mehanike loma bioloških materijala. Opća teorija mehanike loma.Oblici loma i načini širenja pukotina u biološkim materijalima.Adhezijsko popuštanje u bioloških materijala.Mehanička svojstva kompozitnih materijala; odnosi između opterećenja i deformacija.Neka mehanička svojstva i fizikalne značajke zubi.Molekularna građa i mehanička svojstva keratina (kolagena vlakna).
